Job Overview Our Agency Manager Trainee Program is a structured, hands-on training track designed to develop the next generation of top-performing insurance agents and producers. This program provides a unique opportunity to work directly with experienced industry professionals while gaining the skills, licensing, and confidence needed to build successful career and growth opportunities.
Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ambition to succeed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a passion for helping others Ability to work independently and in a team setting Must have the required state insurance license or willingness to obtain (support provided) Prior sales, customer service, or business experience preferred Must be a resident in Iowa Responsibilities Participate in a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales, techniques, compliance, and client relationship management Shadow and work alongside an established agent to learn real-world sales and servicing techniques Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support meet performance milestones that lead to advancement and potential agency leadership opportunities
