Our core services include dumpster rental and portable sanitation, with a significant opportunity to build our snow removal and snow-plowing business during the winter season. Join an established, growing business with an existing customer base, experienced field team, and substantial equipment capacity. The company is positioned for its next phase of growth across dumpster rental, portable sanitation, and seasonal snow services. This role is ideal for an ambitious operations leader ready to take ownership, improve execution, develop people, and turn existing equipment capacity into profitable revenue growth. What You'll Own Lead daily operations for dumpster rentals, portable toilet rentals, delivery, pickup, service, maintenance, dispatch, yard, fleet, and field teams. Grow dumpster rental revenue by improving sales execution, customer retention, route density, and equipment utilization. Expand the portable sanitation business across construction, commercial, municipal, event, and residential customers. Build and grow a winter snow removal and snow-plowing service line to create year-round revenue and better utilize people and equipment. Develop pricing, sales processes, account management, local partnerships, and market coverage across Greater Boston. Improve routing, scheduling, fleet utilization, service reliability, safety, collections, and operational profitability. Hire, coach, schedule, and hold accountable drivers, technicians, dispatch, yard staff, and office personnel. Track and improve key performance metrics, including revenue, margin, utilization, on-time service, customer retention, safety, and team productivity. Create an operation that can run effectively without daily owner involvement. What We're Looking For Operations leadership experience in waste, trucking, construction services, rentals, logistics, landscaping, snow services, or a related field. A practical, visible leadership style and the ability to earn trust with field and office teams. Strong judgment managing people, customers, vendors, equipment, fleet, schedules, and fast-moving service issues.
A growth mindset:
comfortable building sales discipline and finding ways to increase utilization of existing assets. Experience with dispatch, route planning, operational reporting, budgets, and accountability. Familiarity with the Greater Boston market is preferred. Valid driver's license required; CDL knowledge or experience is a plus. Compensation & Opportunity Base salary: $95,000-$120,000 Performance bonus: Based on profitable growth, service quality, safety, equipment utilization, and operational results.
Total compensation opportunity:
Approximately $125,000-$150,000. We offer a clear path for increased compensation and responsibility as the business grows. Health-related benefits, paid time off, and other benefits are provided subject to company plan terms.
