The SMGBAD Finance organization is seeking a Senior Manager (M5) to support financial management for the NGSRI Program. This role supports the current OTA and the franchise into LRIP and FRP. The Senior Manager will lead a team of 2 employees and partner with program and functional stakeholders to support forecasting, financial planning, and program performance.

• _This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote). The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; or McKinney, TX. Relocation assistance is not being provided._
• _What You Will Do_
• + Lead financial management activities for the program, including forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis + Manage and develop a team of 2 finance professionals + Partner with program management and cross-functional teams to support Estimate at Completion (EAC), risk and opportunity tracking, and investment planning + Support financial decision-making by preparing analyses and presenting results to leadership + Ensure accurate and timely reporting of IPMDAR and CFSR + Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and U.

S. government representatives on program financial matters + Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting requirements + Oversee cost controls, financial planning, and financial reporting processes across assigned programs + Supports investments with coordination across multiple stakeholders + Regular interaction with program leadership, finance teams, and government partners + Responsible for financial planning, analysis, and governance across assigned efforts + Execute financial planning processes, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Planning (LRP)

• Qualifications You Must Have
• + Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration & a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience + Experience leading teams of professionals, including assigning work and reviewing deliverables + Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting established deadlines + Experience managing financial activities across a portfolio of programs or production environments + Experience supporting Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and Long Range Planning (LRP) processes; Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience preferred •Qualifications We Prefer•+ Execution of assigned work activities individually and with management personnel in deadline-driven environments + Preparation of written documentation and communication of information in verbal and written formats + Analysis of financial and quantitative data + Work experience in production environments + Leadership experience and communication with peers and management personnel Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.

• The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
