Job Description
VP, GTM at Gold & Aron VP, GTM at Gold & Aron in San Francisco, California Posted in about 16 hours ago.
Type:
full-time Gold & Aron Conseil is an executive search firm. We are recruiting on behalf of our client: a fast-growing unicorn building foundational models and edge AI technology. Our client is seeking a stellar senior commercial hire to help build their sales engine. This is an entrepreneurial role, with the freedom to define pricing, partnerships and GTM strategy from the ground up, rather than operating within a fixed product catalog. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Business, who reports directly to the CEO.
This exceptional individual will:
Have exceptional technical fluency, translating complex AI capabilities into customer value. Own and drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close. Lead discovery-led sales motions to uncover complex enterprise problems and map them to foundational AI solutions. Navigate and sell to both technical buyers and C-suite executives. Operate fluidly in high-ambiguity, constructing custom deals, packaging, and pricing from first principles. Build tailored pipelines, decks and materials to define the sales motion as the company scales. Partner with internal science, applied, and engineering teams to bridge model capabilities to real business value. Ideal Profile 6-10 years of proven success in technical, consultative or outcome-driven enterprise sales. Resourceful and self-sufficient, excited by creating sales playbooks rather than inheriting them. Deep technical fluency, having prior experience selling AI-native or foundational AI technology. Prior experience selling to both technical buyers and C-level leadership. Proven end-to-end sales experience, from prospecting to closing. High EQ with the ability to navigate complex environments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Location:
San Francisco (preferred), New York or Boston. This is a hybrid position.
