Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to implement strategies that enhance the customers loan experience. Duties Assist in managing daily store operations. Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the Store Manager on management strategies to meet store goals. Train and mentor new staff members on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver`s license and you will receive mileage reimbursement compensation for errands etc. ran for the office manager. Maintain a clean and inviting store environment that reflects company values. Experience is not required in the title loan industry. We can fully train you. Must be a team player and be passionate about maintaining a profitable office. Health, Dental, Vision available to you after 90 days probationary period. Must be able to interact Professionally with a positive and effective manner at all times with the public in general and all customers. Must be a quick learner, detail oriented with strong communication skills Availability to work 8:45 am to 6:15 Monday-Friday and 9:45am to 4pm on Saturdays if scheduled. Usually, two weekends per month is required to work. Hourly Pay plus five hours overtime weekly also Goal and Profit bonuses $35,000.00 to $ 40,000.00 per year. More if you grow your office.! Passion is the key. Proficiency in basic math skills is very important. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Ability to pass a criminal background check.
