Department BHSU-Intercolleg Athletics Physical Location of Position (City) Spearfish Posting Text Black Hills State University is seeking applicants for an Athletics Business Manager in the Athletics department.DUTIES:
- Manage the day-to-day business operations within the athletic department including but not limited to tracking departmental (sport) budgets, purchase order processing, credit card reconciliation, travel reimbursements, deposits.
- Assist with management and administration of athletics concessions including but not limited ordering product, setting up concession stands, overseeing money for game events, reconciling individual games, etc.
- Assist with the management and administration of athletics ticketing including but not limited to understanding athletic ticketing system, overseeing money for game events, reconciling individual games, reporting, etc.
- Ideal candidates will have excellentmunication skills (both oral and written), work well with a team, assist across all areas of athletics and collaborate with campus andmunity partners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years' experience
- Kledge of event planning, facilities management, budgets and internal processes
