BHSU-Intercolleg Athletics Physical Location of Position (City): Spearfish Posting Text Black Hills State University is seeking applicants for an Athletics Business Manager in the Athletics department.
DUTIES:
Manage the day-to-day business operations within the athletic department including but not limited to tracking departmental (sport) budgets, purchase order processing, credit card reconciliation, travel reimbursements, deposits. Assist with management and administration of athletics concessions including but not limited ordering product, setting up concession stands, overseeing money for game events, reconciling individual games, etc. Assist with the management and administration of athletics ticketing including but not limited to understanding athletic ticketing system, overseeing money for game events, reconciling individual games, reporting, etc. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), work well with a team, assist across all areas of athletics and collaborate with campus and community partners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree 1-3 years' experience Knowledge of event planning, facilities management, budgets and internal processes
