Job Description

Mountain T.O.P. is seeking a mission-driven Executive Director to lead a Christian community development ministry serving the Cumberland Plateau of Middle Tennessee. Rooted in faith, service, and relationship-building, Mountain T.O.P. partners with volunteers, churches, and local communities to address critical housing needs, support children and youth through resilience-based programs, and create transformative opportunities for spiritual and personal growth. The Executive Director will serve as the chief leader and ambassador of the organization, guiding its mission while fostering a Christ-centered culture of service, hospitality, and community. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for all aspects of the ministry, including programs, staff development, fundraising, community partnerships, and long-term sustainability. This is an opportunity for an experienced and collaborative leader who is passionate about Christian service and community impact to build upon Mountain T.O.P.'s more than 50-year legacy of helping individuals, strengthening communities, and creating meaningful experiences for nearly 1,000 volunteers and participants each year.
