Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts Lead and motivate staff by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team committed to outstanding customer service Supervise inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Support General Manager coordinating schedules, handling customer concerns promptly, and resolving operational issues efficiently Assist with budgeting, cost control initiatives, and sales strategies to meet financial goals Participate in hiring interviews to select talented team members who align with our service standards and culture Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement Hands-on experience with POS systems such as PEP; familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential Strong supervisory skills with previous experience in staff training & development, team management, and shift supervision Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate teams toward shared goals Hospitality management background with experience Join us as an Assistant General Manager where your leadership will drive success!
