What You'll Own:

• Full community performance: occupancy, revenue, expenses and P&L.
• Building and retaining a high-performing team and a culture people want to be part of.
• Driving occupancy alongside your sales team through tours, referral partners and market presence.
• Knowing residents and families personally and making every interaction feel like home.
• Quality, safety and regulatory compliance, with zero tolerance for "close enough.
