Owner Job Summary Ready to lead a team, get your hands dirty, and master a high-demand trade? We're hiring a driven General Manager to run our septic and environmental services operation in the Texas Hill Country. This is a true hands-on leadership role: you'll schedule jobs, mentor techs, and jump in alongside them—operating pump trucks, diagnosing systems, and tackling repairs and installations. No experience in septic? No problem. We'll teach you everything and pay for your licensing. If you've got grit, leadership potential, and a background in construction, plumbing or equipment (or just a killer work ethic), this is your fast track to running a profitable operation in a recession-proof industry that's always in demand. Key Responsibilities Run daily field operations: schedule jobs, assign crews, and deliver fast, high-quality service.
Lead from the front:
pump tanks, repair systems, diagnose problems, perform maintenance/inspections, and install new septic systems. Train and motivate your crew while enforcing top-tier safety standards. Ensure every job meets regulations, and exceeds customer expectations Be available for occasional weekends or emergency calls Qualifications No septic experience or licensing required—we'll train you and cover all certifications. Electrical background is a big plus. Construction, heavy equipment, or field leadership experience is a big plus. Physically capable of outdoor manual labor (lifting, digging, all-weather work). Natural leader with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and an unbreakable work ethic. Why Join Us?
