This opportunity is designed for candidates who want to build hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, team leadership, and management while working in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time, in-person sales position representing Spectrum products and services inside retail locations . You'll work directly with customers, introduce available Spectrum services and promotions, answer questions, and help customers find connectivity solutions that fit their needs. As you develop your sales skills and consistently meet performance goals, you'll receive hands-on training in leadership, team development, sales operations, and management, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.
