Alpine Car Wash About Us:

Alpine Car Wash is Coppell's go-to spot for top-quality car care. We're growing our team and looking for an Assistant Manager who's ready to lead with energy and a customer-first mindset.

The Role:

You'll help run day-to-day operations, lead and motivate the crew, and make sure every customer leaves happy. It's a hands-on role where no two days look the same.

What You'll Do:

Train and motivate the team. Keep service quality and operations running smoothly. Maintain a clean, organized site. Help hit sales goals and grow the business. Handle customer questions and resolve issues on the spot.

What We're Looking For:

Customer service experience a plus, not required. Strong communicator with a friendly, outgoing vibe. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and organized. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
