They're looking to bring on a strong GM to help assist in leading that growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll be overseeing field operations, managing superintendents and installation teams, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from kickoff through completion. • Commercial Flooring Responsibilities Leading day-to-day field operations across multiple commercial and multifamily projects Managing and supporting superintendents and installation crews Partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution Coordinating labor, materials, and schedules across jobs Proactively identifying and solving issues before they impact the client Serving as a key point of contact between the field, internal teams, and customers GM•Commercial Flooring Qualifications 5+ years in an operations or field leadership role within NEW construction flooring Experience overseeing multiple large-scale projects ($500K+ preferred) Background in commercial, healthcare, education, & multifamily projects Proven ability to manage teams (superintendents/crews) and keep jobs on track Strong communication skills—both client-facing and internal Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment Ideal candidate is already based in the DFW area GM•Commercial Flooring Comp package Highly competitive and market leading base salary and significant bonus (Total comp consistently clears 200K in their other markets) Truck, device reimbursement Actively scaling their DFW operations—huge room for growth GM role with real influence on how the market evolves.
