Duties:
```- Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with explaining product features and benefits
- Negotiate prices and close sales transactions
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Ability and willingness to learn how to SHAPE HATES...
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering products as needed
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner ```
Experience:
```- Previous experience in retail or customer service is required
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales transactions
- Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of store management practices and procedures
