- Average $46,000 annually (varies by location) Duties and Responsibilities Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance, improving retention, and contributing to profitability Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits) Critical Competencies Strong sales and closing ability Clear and confident communication Relationship-building skills Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Working Conditions Office-based role providing consumer loan services in person and by phone.
