Assistant Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Duties:

• Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy
• Manage inventory control and ordering processes
• Develop and conduct training programs for staff
• Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers
• Drive retail sales through effective marketing strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Assist in payroll management
• Support retail management in various tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cash register operations and inventory control
• Strong background in training development for staff
• Proficiency in POS systems and related software
• Excellent phone etiquette skills
• Prior experience in retail sales and customer service
• Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus
