Job Description:
General Manager Production Overview:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of production activities. This includes managing staff, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The General Manager of Production will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and the timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Production, Production Support and Machine Technicians Key Responsibilities:
Includes but not limited to:
Leadership and Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of production and maintenance. Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, and team members. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals. Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. Collaborate with senior management to align production goals with overall business strategies. Attend bi-weekly meetings with sales team to ensure consistency and open communication.
Operations and Processes:
Implement best practices for production scheduling and workflow. Monitor production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement production processes Work with machine part vendors to ensure everything is maintained and in working order Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve any quality issues
Financial Management:
Monitor expenses, recommend and implement cost - savings measures Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation Ensure efficient use of resources and materials
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Develop and maintain safety protocols and training programs. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Investigate, address and resolve any safety-related accidents/incidents or concerns.
Hours/Days:
Monday through Friday (Maybe a Saturday like twice a year if production is busy) 7:30AM-4:30
PM Salaried:
