What Youll Do:
Oversee operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and Cluckin Fresh Quality only the best, never frozen chicken. Develop strategies to boost sales and control costs , creating Fun & Flavorful Experiences for every guest. Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 employees, including 3-4 Assistant Managers, fostering a culture of Southern Hospitality . Ensure top-tier guest experiences with fast, friendly service and a welcoming environment. Recruit, train, and grow team members, helping them spread their wings within the company. Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial goals while owning your stores success. Lead by example through punctuality, professionalism, reliability, and accountability , ensuring the highest service standards. Create an atmosphere where a smile goes for miles , making work fun while ensuring excellence.
