Basic office duties such as: Answering phones, customer service, filing, taking payments.
Collect on past due accounts using phone/email/mail/text.
Processing and writing new loans, analyzing documents, explaining contracts and loan procedures to customers.
Banking activities.
Marketing.
Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
Potential for monthly bonus incentives.

Experience in Short Term Lending, Payday/Title Loans preferred but not required
Proficient telephone/computer skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
