Orange, TX (in-person) Position Overview As an Automotive Finance Manager Trainee , you will be responsible for managing sales activities, including generating and managing sales leads. This role provides a clear career path toward becoming a Finance Manager within our sales organization. Key Responsibilities Greet customers on the sales floor and perform needs analysis based on vehicle desired. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and on the road. Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using computer databases. Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fees, discounts, and financing or lease requirements. Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory. Complete all necessary paperwork and arrange delivery and vehicle registration. Deliver vehicles and familiarize customers with their new purchase. Attend and complete required training and departmental meetings. Job Requirements:

Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong sales abilities, excellent communication, and superior customer service skills. Organized with thorough follow-up skills to maintain contact with clients before and after sales. Current valid driver's license required. Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to speak a second language is a plus.
