You will actively sell memberships, address customer concerns, and drive new client acquisition. With a sales background, you will confidently promote memberships and training services, manage day-to-day tasks, welcome guests and members, and lead staff to work as a cohesive unit. As the face of the club, you will be personable, self-motivated, and an effective leader. Essential Functions Fitness consultations Training services Member education Driving results Goals and alignment Cleanliness Continued learning Qualifications Fitness-industry experience not required; strong communication and soft skills are 18 years or older Friendly, outgoing, and warm Genuine and honest Available to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends) Technologically savvy Self-motivated Good at managing time and schedules
