Right Move Storage is an innovative Management Company within the Storage Industry. We are looking for team members to join our team.
Duties:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of property-related information.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Implement strategies for upselling additional services or amenities to tenants.
  • Assist with facilities management tasks, such as monitoring security systems and coordinating building access.
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Utilize math skills to perform financial calculations and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Customer relationship management skills to build positive tenant relationships.
  • Familiarity with facilities management tasks, such as security systems and building access control.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • High school diploma required
  • Clean employment background and clean driving record
  • MUST have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work any day of the week from 9:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM.
Weekends & Holidays are required.
