Job Description

Renegade Ideas is a consulting and support firm that works with a nationally recognized telecommunications provider to help ensure customers receive consistent service and account support. We are currently hiring an AT&T Management Trainee to learn day-to-day team coordination, customer support processes, and operational oversight within a fast-paced environment in the Austin area, including Round Rock. This trainee role focuses on developing leadership skills, supporting team operations, and learning how to manage workflows and customer experience standards. Bilingual candidates who are comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply. Areas of Focus for the
AT&T Management Trainee:
Shadow senior team members to learn leadership approaches, team coordination, and daily operational oversight Assist with monitoring team activities and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish to support AT&T service-related questions and updates Help oversee account documentation, updates, and service records to ensure accuracy and compliance Support the coordination of daily schedules, team assignments, and workflow organization Participate in team meetings focused on performance, development, and operational improvements Assist in maintaining quality standards for customer interactions and overall experience Observe and contribute to team development efforts, including onboarding support and peer guidance Provide feedback and input on ways to improve internal processes and team efficiency Profile of the
Ideal AT&T Management Trainee:
Bilingual:
Spanish and English (required for communicating with a diverse customer base) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a team-based environment Open to learning new systems, processes, and customer support tools Renegade Ideas supports customer experience and account coordination by ensuring services are set up accurately and maintained effectively. Pay:
$4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
