Student Connection and Entry 3535 N. Ellison Dr. San Antonio, Texas, 78251 United States Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Hours will vary. Job Summary and Description Collaborates with the Vice President and Vice Chancellor for Student Success, and other college and district administrators, to provide principle-centered leadership of the MyMAP pathways model. Provides oversight of comprehensive and intentional strategies to support students along their chosen pathways, including AlamoENROLL, AlamoADVISE and Alamo
INSTITUTES.
Works collaboratively with faculty, staff, administrators, and community partners to plan, develop, implement, and assess processes and practices that improve student performance and completion outcomes through the student experience of connection, entry, progress, completion, and transition. Promotes a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the College and Alamo Colleges District (ACD). Fosters an organizational culture of equity and access, ethical decision-making, customer service, and quality service. Reports to the Vice President of Student Success.

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience:
Master's degree in a job-related area is required. Five years' progressive experience in similar positions to include previous supervisory responsibilities.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctoral degree in a related field. Experience in a community college is highly desirable. Teaching experience desirable.
Licenses and Certifications:
Must have a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization's insurers. Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen. EEO Statement Apply Now Share Save Job
