English and Spanish speaking General Manager Assistant support daily administration, customer communication, and business operations. Must have strong computer skills to generate reports, create/run queries. Responsibilities Support the General Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks Communicate with customers regarding orders, schedules, and project updates Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and contractors Organize documents, reports, meetings, and customer records Track projects and follow up on action items Assist with general office and customer service needs Manage team scheduling and calendar Qualifications Experience in administration, customer service, office coordination, or executive support Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP software English and Spanish bilingual skills required with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Pay:

$46,000.00 - $53,000.00 per hour
