We specialize in facilitating agents and agencies in selling health, Medicare, and life insurance products, partnering with over 90 insurers to serve thousands of agents and beneficiaries nationwide. Our organization is recognized for its innovative technology, comprehensive training, and support in sales and compliance. Overview We are seeking a strategic and versatile Chief of Staff to join our team; players only, no NPCs! This pivotal role will support the CEO directly, and allow our CEO to focus on high level strategy and growth. This individual would work with our executive leadership team by streamlining operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective communication across departments. You would take the CEO's vision, and create actionable plans, track and manage the projects and hold team members accountable for results. The ideal candidate will be a proactive results oriented leader with a passion for business development, process improvement, and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company growth and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution:
Translate high-level business goals into concrete operational plans. Drive key strategic initiatives from concept to completion, especially when involving multiple parties or departments. Track and report back on progress weekly.
Operations & Process Improvement:
Audit, review, and improve current internal P&Ps to improve efficiency and ensure deliverables.
Executive Support & Leverage:
Act as a proxy for the CEO when needed. Manage the executive calendar, filter priorities, and ensure the CEO's time is spent on highest-value tasks requiring executive attention.
Meeting & Decision Management:
Plan and facilitate executive and company-wide meetings. Ensure agendas are focused, decisions are documented, action items are tracked and ensure deliverables.
Project Management:
Lead ad hoc projects assigned by CEO and ensure completion.
Team Alignment:
Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. Help resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks or roadblocks and foster a culture of accountability.
Data & Reporting:
Prepare executive summaries, performance dashboards, and financial reviews to inform strategic decision-making.
Communication:
Draft executive communications, announcements, and memos. Problem Solving and Solutions. We are looking for players. We expect this individual to familiarize themselves with our industry and over time become an expert. We're seeking someone that is results oriented and can find a way to success.
Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or as a Chief of Staff/Senior Operations Manager.
Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of core business functions; sales, marketing, finance, HR, IT and operations.
Project Management:
Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to act as a seamless extension of the CEO's voice.
Problem-Solver:
A resourceful, data-driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems independently.
Discretion:
High level of integrity and ability to handle highly confidential company and personnel information.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
