What You'll Do As General Manager, you'll be the leader of the Riverton store and play a key role in its success. Lead Your Team Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team. Coach employees and provide consistent feedback and support. Create a positive, energetic, and accountable work environment. Recognize great performance and help team members reach their goals. Handle performance concerns and corrective action when needed. Run the Business Oversee daily store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Manage labor, inventory, scheduling, and store expenses. Monitor financial performance and work toward achieving sales and profitability goals. Ensure the store is properly staffed and prepared for busy periods. Maintain Crumbl standards, policies, and procedures. Create an Incredible Customer Experience Make sure every customer receives exceptional service. Maintain consistent product quality and presentation. Resolve customer concerns professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences. Ensure every cookie leaving the store represents the Crumbl brand. Grow the Riverton Community Help create local marketing initiatives that bring customers through the door. Build relationships with local businesses and organizations. Represent Crumbl Riverton at community events and opportunities. Find creative ways to increase awareness, loyalty, and sales. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: A proven leader with experience managing a team, preferably in food service, hospitality, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment. Motivated by results and excited to take ownership of a business. An excellent communicator who knows how to motivate and develop people. Organized, dependable, and able to confidently juggle multiple priorities. Comfortable making decisions and solving problems quickly. Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience. Someone who leads by example and brings positive energy to the workplace. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You don't have to be a cookie expert.
