We're looking for an ambitious General Manager to lead our West Valley, Utah operation serving the greater Salt Lake City metro area . Compensation & Benefits $60,000 annual base salary Performance-based bonus program Equity opportunity Health benefits Paid leadership training (moving industry experience is helpful but not required) Supportive executive leadership team Positive, high-performance culture Career path to franchise partnership and expansion opportunities What You'll Do As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for every aspect of the operation, including: Lead the daily operations of the West Valley branch Recruit, hire, coach, and develop exceptional team members Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence Create an outstanding customer experience from first call to final walkthrough Manage scheduling, staffing, fleet utilization, and business performance Forecast labor needs and monitor key performance metrics Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency Build a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and servant leadership Partner with corporate leadership to execute strategic initiatives Roll up your sleeves and lead from the front—including assisting crews in the field and lifting/moving items weighing 40-80 lbs when needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of management or operations leadership experience Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment Strong sales, customer service, and business development skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Experience in logistics, moving, transportation, home services, or a similar service-based business preferred Ability to make decisions quickly and solve problems under pressure Experience using CRM or business management software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Oracle, etc.) Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Why Join You Move Me?
