Job Description

We are currently looking for a Business Manager for our community in Ashburn VA. If you are an experienced Assistant Property Manager with a desire for a career with a growing company, we'd like to hear from you. TGM Communities is a full service, real estate investment advisory firm. TGM acquires and manages apartment properties throughout the U.S. on behalf of our investors. The Business Manager will work directly with the Community Director to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all accounts receivable and payable, as well as provide superior customer service to prospective and current residents and have previous apartment management experience. Ensures the timely collection and accurate posting of all rental payments. Prepares and delivers delinquency notices as required, along with all formal notices. Maintains all records and transactions including allowances/concessions, rent increases, NSFs, and other approved debits/credits. Completes all move ins, move outs, lease renewals in accordance with company policy. Reviews and properly codes all property invoices. Works in collaboration with the leasing team to develop and implement marketing strategies. Effectively conducts tours of the community, leases and moves in new residents. Other duties as assigned. Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance at all times. The right individual must possess excellent organizational skills, strong computer and administrative skills, desire, and ability to manage. Previous property management experience is required. Some evenings and weekend work required. High School Diploma or equivalent or relevant certifications required. Competitive salary package includes excellent health insurance, 401K and vacation/sick/personal time. Background Check and Drug Screening is required. Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM - subject to change Rotating weekends 40 hrs
