Job Description

Description The Assistant Manager at Monster Mini Golf plays an important role in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for our guests. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager with daily operations, helps lead the team, and makes sure guests have an exciting and memorable visit. Responsibilities Assist with the daily operations of the facility and help ensure everything runs smoothly. Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts. Provide excellent customer service and handle guest questions or concerns professionally. Run and manage birthday parties and special events, making sure guests have a fun and organized experience from beginning to end. Make clear and energetic announcements over the PA system for parties, attractions, games, and other activities. Communicate schedules, tasks, expectations, and important information clearly with team members and management. Be a strong communicator who can work well with guests, coworkers, and managers. Help train new employees on company procedures, customer service, and daily operations. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, organization, and securing the facility. Monitor the facility to ensure safety, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience. Help resolve customer issues and provide solutions when needed. Assist with cash handling, transactions, and other administrative duties. Help maintain a fun, positive, and energetic atmosphere for guests and employees. Qualifications Previous leadership, supervisory, customer service, or entertainment experience preferred. Excellent communication and people skills. Comfortable speaking clearly and confidently in front of groups. Able to lead and organize birthday parties and special events. Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, dependable, and confident. The ideal Assistant Manager enjoys working with people, can take charge when needed, communicates effectively, and knows how to create a fun experience for guests while keeping the team organized and the facility running smoothly.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
