LETTS CONSULT
is conducting a search for a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead an outdoor hospitality property in the Greater Charlottesville area, where nature meets exceptional guest service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scenic, fast-paced environment and brings a strong background in team leadership, and customer experience. Experience in hospitality is a plus. As GM, you'll oversee everything from day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction to staff management and community relations.
