Job Overview:

As a Manager Trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the hose and fittings industry. You'll work closely with experienced managers, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations, including:.

Responsibilities:

Manage inventory and maintain an organized sales area. Identify and recommend appropriate hoses, fittings, and related components. Process sales transactions and assist customers with inquiries. Operate crimping machines and other related equipment. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Some knowledge of hydraulic hoses and fittings is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Basic computer skills for processing orders. A team player with a positive attitude!
