Job Description

Business Manager
  • Faith-Based Independent School A small faith-based independent school seeks an experienced Business Manager to oversee financial operations and support daily school functions.
Responsibilities include payroll processing, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly financial reporting using QuickBooks. The role manages tuition accounts and billing through Blackbaud, oversees financial aid, and coordinates employee benefits, insurance, and retirement plans. Additional duties include bank reconciliations, vendor payments, contract management, and supporting school events and operations as needed. The Business Manager works closely with school leadership and the Board to ensure strong financial stewardship and alignment with the school's mission. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong accounting skills and a commitment to a Christian school environment. Experience with QuickBooks and tuition management systems preferred.

From $45,000.00 per year
