Sterling, VA | Full-Time Valvoline Instant Oil Change is looking for an experienced Assistant Quick Lube Manager to help lead our Sterling team. We're seeking a customer-focused leader who can drive sales, develop technicians, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

Lead and coach a team of technicians to follow company procedures and training plans Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance Train, mentor, and develop employees Support scheduling, staffing, and daily store operations Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards Maintain accountability for service quality, cleanliness, and store performance Work alongside the team and engage with customers throughout the day

Qualifications:

Prior quick lube experience required Extensive knowledge of preventive maintenance services Experience training technicians and following structured training programs Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety procedures Scheduling experience preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Sales-minded with a focus on achieving performance goals Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Dependable and capable of leading in the Store Manager's absence Why Join Us?
