Salary Range:

Minimum of five years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on sales and client retention. Proven leadership ability with a track record of coaching and mentoring sales professionals. Deep understanding of the Virginia insurance market and local regulatory requirements. Strong command of agency management software and digital sales platforms. Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and collaborative office culture. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of our Suffolk office to ensure we maintain our high standards of service. Mentor and guide our sales staff to help them refine their pitch and deepen their industry knowledge. Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our long-term goals for community impact. Collaborate with local businesses and individuals to ensure they have the protection they truly need. Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify growth opportunities for the agency.
