We're looking for a driven individual to join Dr. Mac's Medical Pain Management and Wellness Center as an Office Management Trainee. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required — attitude and coachability matter most. If you prove yourself, we will consider you for a full-time position as your skills develop. The Program This is a one-year paid internship and training program that requires 20 hours per week in office work. The program is structured as follows: First 4 months: $300 per week Upon successful completion of the initial 4-month probation period, you will qualify for a raise based on performance up to $400 per week, for the remainder of the one-year internship. What You'll Learn Over the course of the program, you'll rotate through all aspects of a thriving integrated medical practice: Clinical Operations Rehabilitation technician duties Patient care coordination Case management fundamentals Business & Growth Sales and business development within a healthcare setting Building client relationships Supporting practice expansion and marketing efforts Office Management Office administration and systems Team support and people management Computer proficiency and technology tools Time management and organizational skills What We're Looking for Genuine, authentic, enthusiasm and a positive, high-energy attitude Willingness to learn and be coached Strong work ethic and reliability Comfort with computers and technology Dependable transportation — must be able to commute reliably to Woodbridge, VA Ideally located in or near the Woodbridge area Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required — attitude and coachability matter most.
