Position OverviewThe Collision Center Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and day-to-day operations of the body shop. This role requires proven collision center management experience and a strong ability to lead teams, drive production, and deliver operational and financial results while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all aspects of body shop operations and production workflowProvide strong leadership and direction to all team members at the locationManage staffing, scheduling, workload distribution, and performance managementRecruit, train, develop, and retain top-performing collision repair professionalsDrive business performance to meet or exceed operational and financial objectivesDevelop, monitor, and report on key performance metrics including revenue, profitability, cycle time, and efficiencyBuild, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships and repeat businessHandle customer concerns promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-focused approachCommunicate company policies, procedures, and departmental goals clearly and consistentlyEnsure compliance with all safety standards and operational proceduresRepresent Key Collision with a high level of professionalism to employees, customers, and partnersPerform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications35 years of proven Collision Center or Body Shop Management experience (required)Working knowledge of CCC estimating and management systemsStrong understanding of estimating processes, body repair operations, and paint proceduresKnowledge of modern vehicle technologies and mechanical operationsProficient computer skills with the ability to analyze and manage performance dataProcess-driven, detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesExceptional customer service skills with a professional, confident demeanorAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and employeesValid drivers licenseBenefits & CompensationCompetitive compensation based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation and personal time401(k) retirement plan with employer matchLife, disability, cancer, and accidental insurance coverageIf you are an experienced collision center leader looking to take the next step with a growing organization that values its people and promotes from within, Key Collision offers the opportunity to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact.
