Full Job Description Compensation:

$90,000 to $100,000 per year Larkspur Landing Bellevue is seeking a General Manager to lead operations and strategy within the high-demand Pacific Northwest tech corridor. We need a leader who understands the complexities of the extended-stay model and can drive performance through corporate sales and operational precision. You will manage the full P&L while maintaining strong ownership relations. Your focus includes developing a stable service team and optimizing local accounts. Financial Performance Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals. Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed. Your Background and Skills Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field. Previous hotel management experience required.
