Club 24 Fitness is dedicated to providing exceptional fitness experiences to our members. We are currently seeking an experienced, high-performing Assistant Manager to join our Hermiston team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness, leadership, and has a strong drive to take on managerial responsibilities in the near future.

Position Overview:

As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the current manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, enhance member experience, and ensure the highest standards of customer service. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills who can eventually take over the manager role, making this position a great opportunity for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility. Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals. Manage and improve member retention, enrollment, and engagement strategies. Help in recruiting, training, and developing staff members. Monitor and enhance the overall member experience, addressing issues and concerns efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and staff. Oversee inventory management and retail sales, ensuring revenue goals are met. Execute and manage social media and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. Step in for the manager as needed and prepare to take on full management duties over time.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the fitness, retail, or service industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service. Experience in sales and business operations, with a track record of meeting goals and driving results. Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team. Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Competency in using software for scheduling, inventory, and social media management. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in the fitness industry or in a customer-facing role. Experience in handling administrative tasks, budgeting, or financial reporting. Why Join Us?
