As an Automotive General Manager you assume responsibility and are accountable for client/vendor retention and the profitability of each CBU in the district on behalf of the company. Core Responsibilities Operations Management:
Directly oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments (sales, service, parts) work together effectively.Financial Performance:
Achieve revenue goals by setting, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory turnover, gross profit, and operating expenses.Leadership & Staffing:
Hire, train, motivate, and mentor department managers and sales staff.Customer Experience:
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by resolving complaints and managing company reputation. Sales & Market growth: Identify, develop and execute local sales strategies to grow revenue, acquire new fleet customers, and expand relationships with existing accounts. Requirements Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
