- Capacity Automation & Backend Tools , you will help improve and scale the processes, data flows, integrations, and tools that support how Microsoft prioritizes and allocates AI and non-AI Azure capacity as one unified business.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. Direct professional experience with cloud infrastructure capacity planning, including datacenter, compute, storage, network, or AI/GPU capacity management systems.Preferred:
Experience with datacenter, compute, or infrastructure capacity management systems and tooling used to plan, allocate, monitor, and scale capacity. Experience in cloud computing, including experience working for or with major cloud providers, cloud customers, partners, or the broader cloud infrastructure industry. Familiarity with AI capacity planning, AI infrastructure, GPU compute, large-scale model requirements, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and the supply constraints that influence AI workload prioritization and customer outcomes. Experience translating operational requirements into system, data, integration, and workflow requirements that support scalable business processes. Experience delivering operational tooling, automation, and process improvement initiatives in partnership with engineering and technical teams. Strong analytical skills with experience using operational datasets, dashboards, reporting tools, APIs, and data-driven insights to support decision-making. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority across complex organizational environments. Experience mapping, documenting, and simplifying cross-functional business processes, including defining clear roles, handoffs, controls, and operational governance. Business Program Management IC4- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600
- $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000
- $206,400 per year.
