This is a full-time, W2 position designed for individuals looking to grow into leadership and management roles within sales and marketing. This role starts with hands-on experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, and retail sales, followed by structured training in team leadership, operations, and business management. Performance Bonuses Average Earnings:
