Job Description

Start your career in management with our Entry-Level Manager Trainee position. This paid training program is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience in event marketing, community outreach, fundraising, and team operations. In this role, you will represent nonprofit organizations at live events, helping raise awareness and generate support for meaningful causes. You will work directly with the public in a face-to-face setting, building relationships, educating potential donors, and developing the skills needed to advance into a leadership position. What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) Greet and assist customers in a retail store setting Present and explain wireless and internet products, including phone plans, devices, and service options Support customers with account setup, upgrades, and service changes Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving basic concerns Contribute to daily and weekly sales goals through product recommendations and customer interactions Learn and assist with store operations, including opening/closing procedures and team support Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, product knowledge, and retail operations Work closely with store leadership to understand performance goals and business strategies What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with people face-to-face A positive attitude and interest in supporting charitable causes Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-based environment Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a management role Strong organizational and time management skills Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in customer service, events, or fundraising is a plus but not required Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required Compensation & Growth Guaranteed pay with a commission structure with performance-based earnings (average $57,000-$78,000 per year, paid out weekly) Paid as a W-2 employee Ongoing training and development toward leadership and management roles Face-to-Face Why Join Us?
