- Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives from conception through completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Represent the Executive Director in internal and external meetings
- Anticipate needs, remove obstacles, and create leverage

- Own and continuously elevate the day-to-day operations of Integrated Private Wealth, ensuring every function runs with precision and purpose
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable workflows, systems, and processes that preserve our white-glove standard as we grow
- Oversee the firm's operational infrastructure
- from technology and compliance touchpoints to vendor relationships and office operations
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that are as unique and sophisticated as the clients we serve
- Master our systems to deliver consistency at scale without ever compromising on quality
- Directly oversee the Konvergent Wealth team, creating a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- building the depth of talent needed to serve our clients at the highest level
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations that align individual contributions to firm-wide goals
- Foster an environment where extraordinary work is the baseline, and where every team member understands their role in transforming client lives Guardian of the Client Experience
- Ensure that operational excellence directly translates into an unparalleled client experience at every touchpoint
- Collaborate with the team to evolve and protect our signature white-glove standard as the firm scales
- Serve as an escalation point for complex client situations that require senior judgment and creative problem-solving
- Support the onboarding of new clients and the deepening of existing relationships through seamless back-office execution Champion of Strategic Planning Implementation
- Partner with the team to develop, refine, and execute the firm's annual and long-term strategic plans
- Translate high-level strategy into clear operational roadmaps with defined milestones, accountabilities, and measurable outcomes
- Track progress against key performance indicators, surfacing insights and course corrections in real time
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that accelerate growth, deepen client relationships, and expand our market position Who You Are
- A proven operator and strategic leader with 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a similarly complex, high-standards environment
- Someone who has served in a Chief of Staff, COO, Director of Operations, or equivalent leadership capacity
- A rare combination of big-picture strategic thinker and meticulous executor
- you can develop a three-year vision and then build the 90-day plan that makes it real
- An exceptional communicator who can translate complexity into clarity for clients, team members, and executive leadership alike
- A people leader who builds trust quickly, holds the team to high standards, and makes those around them better
