Full Job Description Entry-Level Management Trainee Location:

Brookfield, WI Crown Legacy is a people-first sales and marketing firm focused on building genuine customer connections and delivering measurable results for our clients. We're looking for an Entry-Level Management Trainee who is ready to learn, take on responsibility, and grow into leadership. What You'll Do Learn and execute sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies Represent client brands through face-to-face interactions in retail and community settings Develop communication, leadership, and team-building skills through hands-on training Work alongside experienced leaders through daily coaching and mentorship Take on increased responsibility as you demonstrate strong performance and leadership ability What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable in a team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and receive feedback Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Why Crown Legacy?
