Since 1974, we have grown to represent multiple brands across two locations, offering new and used vehicles along with comprehensive service and collision repair. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a strong community presence. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership operations. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual who excels in sales management, customer relationship building, and team development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry and committed to achieving sales targets while fostering a positive environment for staff and customers alike. Duties Oversee daily dealership operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals across passenger car and high-end vehicle segments Develop and implement strategic sales plans focusing on B2B sales, outbound sales, and upselling opportunities Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track prospects, follow-ups, and deal closures Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, public speaking, and personalized service strategies Conduct negotiations with clients, dealerships, and partners to secure favorable deals and financing options Monitor inventory levels, control inventory costs, and coordinate inventory management activities Requirements 5+ years of automotive sales management required. Proven experience in automotive dealership management or automotive sales leadership Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, deal closing, and upselling techniques Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets in high-end or passenger vehicle markets Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for client communication and team management Proficiency in CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management software) supported by technical expertise Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and retail math effectively Outstanding communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking, and client relationship building Demonstrated leadership in sales team management, staff training, and motivating teams toward success

Work Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM) with one weekday off, and Saturday (9 AM to 2 PM).
