We're seeking a hands-on leader who can accelerate revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and align sales, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional results. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives on winning new business, developing teams, and turning strategy into measurable growth. Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the company's revenue growth strategy, including sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

Coach and develop the sales team and external rep partners to drive accountability, exceed targets, and expand market reach.

Personally pursue and close new business while deepening relationships within key accounts.

Shape go-to-market, pricing, and account strategies through customer insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.

Oversee marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and clearly communicate technical capabilities to customers.

Own the quoting process to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, timely, and aligned with customer needs and production realities.

Lead customer service operations to deliver responsive support, smooth order execution, and strong customer retention.

Partner closely with manufacturing and cross-functional leaders to align customer commitments with operational performance, continuous improvement, and quality standards.
