This role is designed for a highly motivated leader who is ready to take ownership, make decisions, and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities Membership Sales:
Lead from the front by conducting tours, consultations, and membership presentations to drive membership growth.
HOTWORX Knowledge:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services, programs, and products to guide members and prospects.
Membership Engagement & Retention:
Proactively build relationships with members and ensure an exceptional studio experience.
Studio Operations:
Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to HOTWORX standards. Manage the Deep Clean Schedule and general studio upkeep. Manage the "Red Calendar" and Pending Tasks, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and prospects. Handle professional communication via Studio Phone Calls and Studio Email.
Marketing & Community Outreach:
Collaborate with the Regional GM to manage the studio's social media presence and marketing campaigns. Coordinate and implement Community Events and Studio Events. Take ownership of Monthly Challenges, including tracking, promotion, and managing member participation and raffles. Sales & Membership Growth Sales leadership is one of the most important responsibilities of the Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager is expected to lead from the front and set the standard for sales performance . Sales Responsibilities Maintain a closing percentage of 50% or higher and lead the team by example. Take ownership of membership sales while working in the studio. Actively pursue new membership opportunities rather than waiting for leads to close themselves. Conduct tours, consultations, appointments, follow-ups, and membership presentations. Overall Goal The ultimate goal of the Assistant Manager is to help the Regional General Manager build a stronger, more accountable, and higher-performing studio . The Assistant Manager should be someone the Regional Manager can trust to walk into the studio, understand the current numbers and priorities, lead the team, drive memberships, address problems, delegate tasks, and keep the studio moving forward, even when the Regional GM or Franchisee is not physically present.
