Salary Range:
$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Requirements Willing to get licensed in Fire and Casualty & Life and Health Passionate, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset Strong verbal and written communication skills Coachable attitude and willingness to learn Sales or client-facing experience preferred but not required Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (assistance provided) Spanish bilingual Responsibilities As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients while developing your sales and business skills in a high-performance agency environment. You'll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into leadership or agency ownership pathways. Responsibilities Develop customized insurance solutions for Auto, Home, Business, and Life clients Build and maintain long-term client relationships Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored coverage recommendations Meet and exceed personal and agency sales goals Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to enhance the client experience Participate in training, coaching, and professional development Collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team
